Functori SAS (“Functori”, “we”) describes here what personal data this website processes, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Loi Informatique et Libertés.
1. Data we process
Audience measurement. If, and only if, you accept it in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure which pages are visited. IP addresses are anonymized. You can change your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
Contact by email. If you write to us, we process the data you choose to send (name, email address, message) solely to answer you.
Server logs. Our hosting provider processes technical data (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and operations.
2. Legal basis
Audience measurement relies on your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). Contact data relies on our legitimate interest in answering professional inquiries (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). We do not sell your data.
3. Retention
Consent choices are stored in your browser. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics (14 months). Email exchanges are kept as long as needed to handle them and for legitimate business follow-up.
4. Your rights
You can access, rectify, erase and port your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contact@functori.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
5. Data controller
